We have never been more connected.

We have never felt more disconnected.

Return to your nature.

Nature is our original intelligence
ENSŌ

We are Nature.

A House of Return

Helping people return to their nature.

Expressed through four interconnected worlds.

The Return

Paths of profound transformation.

Botanical Intelligence

Nature, distilled.

Ritual

The everyday, made sacred.

Sanctuaries & Spaces

Designed for return.

The Return

Every journey is unique.
The destination is always the same.
You.

A Path of Return.

Ways to Enter

Three ways in, by depth — a daily practice, a single day, or a journey shaped entirely around you. Each begins from the same ground: a cleared body.

Foundational Practices
The Practices

Not techniques, but rituals.
They stand on their own — or prepare the ground for a deeper journey.

Return Breath

Ancient breath. Modern neuroscience.
The practice is not the breath itself.
It is the space between.

Learn more

A practice blending the ancient wisdom of Pranayama with contemporary, neuroscience-derived breath technique — breath, movement, music, and stillness woven together to regulate the nervous system, release what's held, and prepare the ground for deeper work. Activation and surrender, movement and rest, doing and being.

AENZŌ Flow

The body expresses what the mind cannot.

Movement becomes a path home.

Learn more

Movement as a path of return to ourselves, through the body. Natural, functional patterns drawn from yoga, martial arts, and primal locomotion — a simple daily ritual that builds strength and freedom of movement, and releases the tension the body carries. In time, it becomes embodiment — a return to living in the body.

The Foundation
Clearing

As above, so below.

The psyche does not transform in isolation from the body.

Clearing is a bespoke process of physical preparation—supporting the gut, reducing avoidable environmental burden, and restoring the conditions in which the body’s own intelligence can emerge.

We work exclusively with natural formulations, selected around the individual and the needs of the process.

Before entering deeper transformational work, we may recommend a period of Clearing to create steadier ground for what follows—and to support the body in receiving and sustaining what the experience may open.

Offered as a standalone process or as the first movement of a deeper AENZŌ journey.

Assess. Reduce. Restore. Prepare.
A First Crossing
A Day of Return

A one-day immersion in the AENZŌ Way.

Movement. Breath. Botanical Intelligence. Work with non-ordinary states.

Grounding and preparation. Embodied opening. Deeper experiential work. A carefully held return.

Where appropriate, the day may include holotropic breathwork, held by specialized therapists and facilitators trained in Grofian practice, transpersonal psychology, and trauma-informed care.

Bespoke integration is offered in the days that follow.

The Signature Journey
Satori

The complete return.

Satori—a Zen term for awakening to one's own nature.

A modern rite of passage, shaped around the individual—its rhythm, depth, and duration.

Offered one-to-one, for couples, or for small teams navigating something together.

Movement. Breath. Botanical Intelligence. Work with non-ordinary states.

The deepest work is informed by the Grofian tradition, transpersonal psychology, and holotropic breathwork.

Preparation. Clearing. Transformation. Integration. Return.

What matters is not the experience.
It is the life that follows.

AENZŌ experiences are offered as personal-development and wellbeing experiences and are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.

Modern Alchemy

The art of transformation.

Separation · Purification · Reunion

What was divided returns to wholeness.

Botanical Intelligence

Companions, not shortcuts.

Nature is the original intelligence.
We are an expression of it.

For as long as we have sought healing, plants have walked beside us — working with the body's intelligence rather than seeking to override it.

Ancient wisdom. Modern science.

More is restored than extracted.

Learn more

Where it best serves the plant, we work with spagyric extracts prepared by master alchemists.

Rooted in the Paracelsian tradition, spagyrics takes its name from the Greek: to separate and to reunite. The plant is separated into its constituent parts, each is purified, and all are brought together again.

No alcohol is added from outside the process. It arises through the plant’s natural fermentation, creating an extract of remarkable depth and character.

Within the alchemical tradition, this process is understood to carry the soul of the plant through transformation—preserving its essential nature within the final preparation.

Separated. Purified. Reunited.

Available through select practitioners, clinics, and the AENZŌ network; bespoke formulations on request.

AENZŌ botanical formulations are wellness products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for professional medical care.

Ritual

Transformation, made tangible.

Modern life is filled with routines, but increasingly empty of ritual.

Ritual gives transformation a place to live.
It turns intention into action.
Insight into embodiment.

Natural scents.
Incense.
Objects that mark a crossing.
The everyday, made sacred.

Quiet companions for the path home.

Where Botanical Intelligence works from within, Ritual gives form to the world around us—and to how we move through it.

The Objects

How We Work

The deepest transformation deserves the highest standard of care.

Behind AENZŌ stands a multidisciplinary collective of physicians, therapists, neuroscientists, movement practitioners, alchemists, and spiritual teachers.

We share one conviction.

Nature is our original intelligence.
We do not heal by becoming more.
We heal by removing what stands in the way of our own nature.

Between us, we bring decades of experience across natural medicine, neuroscience, Botanical Intelligence, Ayurveda, Chinese medicine, movement, and transpersonal psychology.

Where the work enters non-ordinary states, it draws on the Grofian tradition of transpersonal psychology and holotropic breathwork — held with care by experienced facilitators.

Patience. Precision. Reverence.

Modern Alchemy. Rooted in Nature.

The Founder

I didn't set out to create AENZŌ. I was trying to understand why I survived.

At twenty-two, a near-fatal motorcycle accident left me with severe brain and spinal injuries. I was given a second chance at life—but told that I would never fully recover.

Today, I understand the accident as an initiation into a lifelong exploration of the nature of healing.

What followed was a long road back: years of debilitating pain and the slow, uncertain work of recovery. Somewhere in the depths of it, I made myself a promise: if I ever healed—if I ever lived without pain—I would share what I learned along the way.

My body became my teacher.

I learned to listen and to create the conditions in which it could begin to restore itself, supported by natural compounds and practices. Cannabinoids and psilocybin became integral to my recovery, transforming my understanding of consciousness, trauma, and what it truly means to heal.

I followed every path that deepened that understanding: Botanical Intelligence, meditation, movement, yoga, breathwork, somatic practice, transpersonal psychology, martial arts, and Eastern philosophy—each revealing something the others could not.

What had helped me, I wanted to make possible for others. That journey eventually led me to help pioneer cannabinoid medicine in Switzerland, developing cannabinoid programs in collaboration with physicians and specialist clinics.

But the greatest teacher was never any single compound or discipline. It was the pattern beneath them all:

Healing takes root when we restore the conditions for the body's own intelligence to do its work.

Eventually, I understood that the purpose I had been searching for had always been in front of me. It was the path I had walked to heal—and everything I had learned along the way.

That became AENZŌ.

Not another method, but an ecosystem created to help people return to their nature and remember the medicine they already carry within.

AENZŌ did not begin as an idea. It grew from lived experience.

This is my attempt to keep my promise.

Background

Daniel Kreissel has spent more than two decades exploring the intersection of Botanical Intelligence, movement, contemplative practice, and human transformation.

His work is informed by long-term practice in meditation, yoga, martial arts, breathwork, and Eastern traditions, and by training in the Grofian tradition of transpersonal psychology and Holotropic Breathwork®.

Alongside his work in healing, Daniel has always been drawn to creation — in business, music, sculpture, and design. That creative practice continues to shape AENZŌ as deeply as his work in natural medicine.

Everything AENZŌ offers has first been lived.

The Maker's Manifesto

AENZŌ exists in service of nature, healing, and beauty.

Every experience, object, and space is approached as a work of art—created with care, meaning, and devotion.

Return to Your Nature.
Live from it.

We've built a House of Return.

If something in you remembers,
you're welcome.
